Tequila Partida is the freshest field-to-glass expression of Blue Agave.
Overseen by Partida's Maestro Tequilero, Jose Valdez, we wait for at least seven years for our agave to grow to its peak flavour, then begin the distillation process within 24 hours to preserve the freshest agave flavour.
For our aged Reposado, Anejo and Elegante Extra Anejo tequilas, we age our Blanco in American white oak casks until they reach the complexity and maturity that inspired the acclaimed spirits writer F Paul Pacult to declare them...

Discover the freshest expressions of Blue Agave tequila
Partida is made only from blue agave grown in the Tequila Valley, near a dormant volcano. The rich, red volcanic soil provides the perfect environment for the plant. After 7 to 10 years, it is hand-harvested by jimadors.
Within 24 hours of harvest, the agave juice is cooked and then distilled twice in small traditional pot stills to produce a clear tequila that retains the freshness and character of the agave.
